Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. Late entries will not be accepted and the Promoters accept no responsibility for entries which are lost or corrupted during transmission.
7. The winner will be drawn randomly from the Participants. The Winner will be notified via email.
8. There will be only 1 winner.
9. The decision of the Panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The overall winner will be decided by a random draw from the Participants.

THE PRIZE – one Winner will receive free standard delivery for one year, only between the dates of 19th December 2012 to midnight on the 31st December 2013, regardless of when the winner sees the notification they have won. The free delivery code will give the winner only free standard delivery until 31st December 2013.
12. The FREE STANDARD DELIVERY CODE, can only be activated against the winner’s account. Therefore once the winner is notified we will ask for the winner’s account number.
13. The FREE STANDARD DELIVERY, must only be used by the winner and not given to anyone else.
14. The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.

As always, Simply be offers save the day, was just going to send my order when i thought i would check my e-mail ‘just in case’ and there it was, free delivery, possibly for a year………….hooray…………yes please.
What a great competition from Simply be!!! After the year I have had Simply Be have been there for me at anytime, any hour and any day 24/7!! I haven’t been able to get out to the shops this year after 6 stays in hospital, with blood clots on the lungs, cellulitis and infections caught from the hospital and Simply Be have been my saviour – especially what with being a larger lady! I have felt like I have had a friend in Simply Be that is always there with great clothing, gifts and accessories etc that I can order anytime night or day. I couldn’t speak highly enough of them as they are just a click or phone call away, and when I have had to phone them on the very rare occasion their operators are so very friendly and helpful….nothing is ever too much for them! I am always kept updated with my orders where necessary and I always know where I stand!!
