As the weather hots up, so do our wardrobes! There’s no trend that looks better in the sunshine than the tribal look.
Animal prints are key, be it big cat or zebra. Plait trims and fringing give a handicraft feel. Mix in khaki, camel and stone colours for explorer chic.
The Simply Be girls love the look too! Take a look:
Once upon a time, when it came to choosing swimwear we were limited to just a bikini or a one-piece. But now that’s all changed so you flaunt or flatter the areas you want.
A tankini is two piece set like a bikini, except that the top comes down to cover your tummy. It gives you a more fashionable look than most one picee swimsuits yet you don’t have to expose your tummy like with a bikini!
This tankini set from Panache is underwired like a bra so gives you great shape and support:
If your tummy is the area you’re worried about, a blouson tankini makes a great alternative to tummy control swimwear. Unlike other swimsuits – it won’t cling!
If you’d prefer to keep the tops of your thighs covered up then a swimdress is a flattering and feminine option:
And if you want the best of both worlds then try a blouson tankini and skort combo!
Lots of fabulous new additions have just hit Simply Be, including:
Magnificent maxi dresses…
…and sweet longer length cami tops – wear as a top or a summer dress!
Now all we need is the sunshine!
Fashion never stands still – and neither does our collection at Simply Be.
The freshest addition is our Romantic Florals range, perfectly timed for those first few sunny days of spring!
Give in to the romance of garden florals from big blowsy blooms to pretty little blossoms.
Vintage-feel tea dresses in shades of rose are oh-so feminine while ruffles and tiers give an extra dusting of fairytale charm.
P.S. Don’t forget to vote for us in the Prima Fashion Awards!

We all love a good wedding don’t we? But what nobody loves is that dreaded ‘what on earth am I going to wear?’ feeling! The best approach is to start thinking about it early – then you won’t end up doing a panic buy a few days before and settling for something that’s not quite right. Everybody always checks out what the other guests are wearing, so make sure your outfit makes everyone green with envy!
It’s worth bearing in mind the style of the wedding and choosing your outfit to suit.
For a traditional wedding go for something soft and feminine; flowing shapes, floral prints and ruffle trims are all perfect.
If your friends have opted for a modern wedding then try a simpler shape but make a statement with a bold colour or print – or both!
If you’re lucky enough to have a beach wedding in your diary then you can keep it more relaxed. Cool and comfy is the order of the day.
